Place was relatively unsanitary cutlery placed on the table without napkins before wiping the table. Food was unsatisfying, fries came out uncooked and hard. Chicken fingers were fine. Had a moon burger and tasted bland. Asked for honey dill and waiter forgot. Food was also very pricy for the quality.

Come for the nostalgia. Old fashioned stools and a short-order kitchen. Hand-scooped ice cream and an entirely laid back vibe make this a proper beach bistro. No alcohol, alas.

Moonlight Inn looks great, like something from the past, also means no A/C and I was surprised how nice and breezy it is on the upstairs level!

Extremely polite staff and reasonably priced. Also offering ice cream and candy for quick treats.

So, a lot of good some bad, nothing that can't be improved.

Pricing is a bit "beachy" (high) but quality is fine.

The total amount of ice cream would barely fill a small bowl.

The waitress was terrific! She keeps in shape running up and down those stairs!

The price is a little beechy, but we just came back from Europe so the price didn't sound bad at all! The food is another story, sort of win and loose! The coffee was good, the fries were good, my Reuben (that's how it's spelled, need a correction on your menu) was good and I've had a lot of Reubens to compare. The chicken burger was another story, the chicken was about the size of two loonies and very, very well done.

A very small scoop of hard ice cream cost $3.50
